I work out almost daily at the gym. I’m lucky enough to have one of the top gyms in the city one block from my house so I can easily walk there each day. Not having to walk far means I don’t have to get changed after my workout whereas most other people do which is a huge benefit.
I love working out. It takes away all of my daily stress and that’s why I workout so often. It’s a break away from my desk when I don’t have to be answering the telephone of emails. I really need that time every day. I do find I’m starting to get a little bored though. I find myself searching for Angry Birds cheats while I’m on the treadmill which is kind of ridiculous.
Otherwise I keep my mind clear by listening to music. It’s help me to relax and makes the time pass faster. That way I don’t have to think too much about how exhausting my workout is.
